We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage and organize files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Serve as a personal assistant to management, handling scheduling and correspondence.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
