Are you a highly organized, people-focused professional with a passion for customer service and event coordination? We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team and serve as the operational hub of our business. This role is essential to our daily office operations, customer engagement, and execution of memorable events—both in the office and on the water.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations & Administration

Manage front desk operations including phones, emails, and visitor reception
Coordinate department communications and maintain detailed call/email logs
Support the management with administrative tasks
Maintain office organization: filing systems, inventory, and equipment
Train new support staff and oversee reception standards
Track and manage supplies, receipts, and debit card transactions
Run routine errands, including deliveries to and from the boat, using the company vehicle

Customer Support & Booking

Handle customer inquiries and special guest requests professionally
Manage public cruise and event bookings
Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence
Create weekly manifests, BEOs, and support documentation

Commissary Support

Oversee the commissary calendar and tour coordination
Ensure all commissary documentation and records are current

Event Planning & Coordination

Represent the company at trade shows and community events
Promote business locally through outreach

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven experience in office administration and event planning
Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
Comfortable representing the brand in public and at events
Valid driver’s license for local errands and event support
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
