Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Morristown, NJ
Hours: Flexible within the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $20–$25/hour, based on experience and competence
Reports To: Office Manager

As we expand, we are seeking a responsible and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team. This role supports daily office functions, communication workflows, and coordination between the office and field staff.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and texts within 24 hours
Schedule estimates and work orders using our routing software and CRM
Confirm next-day schedules with customers via email, text, and phone
Conduct follow-up “job satisfaction” calls and encourage online reviews
Proactively communicate customer questions and unresolved items to the Office Manager
Administrative & Operational Support
Update customer records, input proposals, and manage work orders
Print, file, and track job tickets, including noting permit, markout, and damage requirements
Support coordination between sales staff, field crews, and office operations
Track and manage referral thank-you cards and client appreciation efforts
Technology, Software & Systems
Must be very technology-savvy: capable of learning and using multiple digital systems, CRMs, cloud-based tools, and mobile apps with ease
Daily use of Google Suite, MS Office (Excel), and iPhone apps required
Regular use of scheduling and customer management software (training provided)
Manage shared inboxes and digital files with a strong focus on organization and accuracy
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to navigate and learn multiple digital platforms quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Experience in a similar office or service business environment preferred
