As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable, resourceful, and proactive HR & Office Administrator to support our growing team and create an outstanding employee experience.

Position Overview:

The HR & Office Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating office logistics, and supporting the company culture. This is a fully onsite, people-facing role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letters
Oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes
Support performance review cycles and goal tracking
Maintain employee files and HRIS systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Coordinate employee benefits, PTO tracking, and open enrollment
Handle employee relations, workplace issues, and feedback
Assist with creating/updating employee handbooks, policies, and training modules
Champion company culture, DEI efforts, and employee engagement initiative

Office Administration:

Serve as point of contact for all office operations
Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Coordinate team events, celebrations, and company-wide meetings
Support logistics for new hires (e.g., desk setup, equipment orders)
Assist with document filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
Support leadership with special projects, scheduling, and follow-ups
Employer reputation management

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a related administrative role
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with HRIS tools preferred
Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
