Job Title: Administrative Assistant-Telcom Design

Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our team’s operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at managing key administrative functions and contributing to the smooth execution of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process Timesheets: Accurately collect, verify, and process timesheet data to ensure timely and correct payroll administration.
· Assist the Program Manager: Provide dedicated administrative support to the Program Manager, helping with project coordination, communication, and report preparation to keep initiatives on track.
· Support Recruiting Efforts: Aid in various aspects of the recruitment process, including managing candidate lists, coordinating communication, and facilitating a positive new hire experience.
· Facilitate Vendor Onboarding: Guide new hires through our vendor onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately collected and recorded.
· Manage Invoicing and Consumption: Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Track and update consumption data for various projects and resources.
· Maintain Communication: Disseminate important team communications, including holiday schedules, general updates, and reminders.
· Support Coverage: Provide essential administrative coverage for other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in an administrative support role, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear and concise messaging.
· Proficient with spreadsheets and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite).
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work with a high degree of accuracy.
· A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
**Telecom experience isn’t necessary but is welcomed and HR experience is a plus.

Compensation:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
