Provide Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support to the accounting team.
Input accounting transactions into system.
Support the Managing Partner and internal teams in client onboarding and servicing
Manage inbound enquires with timely and accurate responses via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages.
Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum A Level or Diploma.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills. Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
