Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office organization, managing calendars, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling tasks as needed.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Provide clerical support including filing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records.

Assist with customer support by addressing client concerns and providing information about services offered.

Operate standard office equipment and phone systems to facilitate communication within the team and with clients.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity within the office environment.

Experience

Proven experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.

Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to interact positively with clients.

Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management is beneficial.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
