Full Description
Admin AssistantResponsibilities:
Will be assigned to Purchasing department
Data entry of information into QuickBooks Desktop for inventory, pricing, accounting items
Follow up with vendors via phone and email
Enter in purchase order information to process
Clerical support
Assist Purchasing Manager with tasks
Admin Assistant Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with QuickBooks, Desktop Enterprise preferred
Strong attention to detail and clerical skills
Purchasing, Accounting, or Inventory knowledge preferred
Good customer service skills over the phone and email
$20-$25 per hour DOE
M-F 8-5 pm
