JOB POSITION: Full Time, Administrative Assistant

BRANCH LOCATION:Phoenix, AZ

US Air Conditioning Distributors is one of the largest privately owned HVAC equipment distributors with 51 locations in California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona whose goal is to provide customers with what they need, when they need it with free next-day delivery, crane service, incredible inventory selection, and experienced, friendly personnel to help assist the customer. We are a one-stop shop for all your HVAC needs from residential to commercial to industrial including equipment, controls, parts, supplies, and sheet metal.

US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking a driven and motivated person to join our Arizona team. A successful Administrative Assistant provides support to the Arizona Regional Sales Manager by handling various duties including, but not limited to handling correspondence, managing calendars, arranging conferences, generating reports, and assisting with managing promotions and pricing. The role will help coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Assist with promotional program generation, campaigns, and materials.

Generate various reports and data points regarding promotional program results.

Assist with managing customer enrollment and customer reports regarding the York Liberties Program and Samsung Preferred Plus Program for Arizona

Actively assist in managing data within the York and Samsung contractor price pages for Arizona

Manage and assist in analyzing competitive prices to maximize revenue generation.

Actively monitor and assist in the maintenance of the AZ Open Commercial Quote/Bid logs.

Follow up and maintain Arizona Market York IPAs and Samsung project quotations.

Assist in generating inventory reports and placing new orders for York and Samsung Unitary

Assist in coordinating training events, sales meetings, and vendor joint calls with RSM and TMs

Prepare PowerPoint presentations for events and meetings.

Other office duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, College degree preferred.

1-2 years experience working as an assistant.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge or experience in the HVAC industry.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong time-management skills and multi-tasking ability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Critical thinker with evaluation and analytical skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Aptitude for learning software and systems
