Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to the director’s emails.
Ensure timely follow-ups and organization of incoming messages.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the director.
Prepare necessary documents for meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, staff, and franchisor.
Coordinate communication between various parties.
Perform tasks like filing and data entry.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Facilitate communication between the administrative team and management.
Provide regular updates and reports as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
