Admin Assistant – Adult Central Intake Jobs in Tampa, FL at Gracepoint
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant with a human resources or operations background. Major responsibilities include general administrative and operational support, employee recruitment and onboarding, and billing management.
Candidates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively. Candidates must have ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents and information.
Three plus years of administrative assistant experience is required or equivalent experience in human resources. Candidates must have strong computer skills, knowledge of Adobe and advanced proficiency in Microsoft products including Outlook and Excel. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks required.
Our office is in downtown Minneapolis. We currently have a hybrid schedule —some in office time may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
