What is the position?

We are looking for a full-time customer service rockstar to join us at Bintelli. This position will get the opportunity to assist in several areas of our company, mostly with customer service, greeting and assisting customers on the phone, over email, and on livechat. You’ll be working within our team answering the phone, helping with customer questions, getting orders shipped out, working on inventory records, and making sure customers are happy and being taken care of! Additionally, you’ll help with filing and organization and completing large projects. We work hard but have a ton of fun doing it together! With as fast as we’re growing we badly need someone to help us continue offering amazing customer service to our customers! This position is full-time, Monday through Friday day shift position.

We are looking for an employee that will show initiative and will willing to grow into a possible larger role with expanded duties down the road. While not required, having knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. We are willing to train and are really looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Dedication towards customer satisfaction is a must.

Bonuses and yearly raises are given in return for hard work and we also offer the following additional benefits are provided to you:

After sixty days you will have access to join our company healthcare plan and if you choose to take part, we will contribute 50% per month to your costs of health, dental, and vision insurance. You are also given $25,000 of life insurance at our expense.

PTO Days – 5 Days in year one, 10 Days in year two
