Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive administrative support and customer service assistance to their growing fire prevention and exhaust cleaning businesses. The position involves managing administrative tasks, responding to customer inquiries, and providing light support across various business functions. The ideal candidate will work directly with the client, follow established processes, and manage communications across multiple time zones as needed.
Client Overview
The client operates multiple companies specializing in exhaust cleaning and fire prevention services. They are seeking administrative support to manage day-to-day operations and customer communications.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, Flexible between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage administrative tasks including file organization, calendar management, and CRM updates.
- Handle light customer service support and follow-up communications with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems and databases.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support daily business operations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard business software applications.
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative support roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with clients in the service industry or similar fields is preferred.
