Job Description:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant—Engineering to join our Project Management Office (PMO) at Paragon Restaurant Group. This role is integral to supporting engineering and maintenance operations across our growing network of restaurants, ensuring timely issue resolution, preventive maintenance execution, and structured documentation.
Responsibilities:
Complaint Tracking: Log, categorise, and follow up on all maintenance issues reported by restaurant teams, chefs, and HR, including kitchen, dining, outdoor, and accommodation-related concerns.
Technician & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with in-house technicians and external vendors to resolve complaints immediately.
Spare Parts Monitoring: Track usage and movement of spare parts (bulk and spot purchases) against specific complaints.
Expense Tracking: Maintain cost logs related to mini projects, internal and external maintenance work, and spare parts procurement.
Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Coordinate PPM plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas burners, chillers, and other equipment.
Project Documentation: Support the PMO with documentation for new outlet projects, minor refurbishments, and vendor compliance.
Asset Management: Maintain and regularly update the Asset Register for all outlets, including asset tagging/sticker updates.
Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, record management, and collecting data for engineering performance KPI.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support or maintenance support
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Familiarity with HVAC and MEP systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT and Google Sheets.
Practical communication skills in English and additional languages are an advantage.
