Position:  Admin Assistant (Events) / Fmcg / 1 Year Contract

** Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Admin Assistant to be part of their event team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

** Working hours**:

Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6pm

** Duties**:

– Handling customer and member inquiries.

– Performing weekly tasks related to card printing and mailing.

– Engaging with suppliers to source premiums and maintaining

communication

.

– Responsible for maintaining inventory of physical items in both warehouse and office.

– Updating expense records and assisting with

budget management

.

– Planning and coordinating events

– Identifying suitable event venues and conducting on-site evaluations.

** Requirements**:

– Minimum O-level or equivalent

Flexibility

to work additional hours during events, including weekday evenings and weekend shifts
