Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Provide general support to employees and clients as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
