Are you ready to take your logistics career to the next level? Collins Aerospace is looking for a Logistics Coordinator (N-Ray Administration) to join our team in Fairfield, CA.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of energetic and inert materials for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Your expertise will be crucial in accurately creating shipment documentation and administering order execution.

What You Will Do:
Create and process hazardous shipment documentation, packing slips, and shipping labels using SAP, Microsoft 365, and other computer software.
Read, understand, and retrieve applicable manufacturing procedures, purchase orders, and regulatory documents to create order packets for production operators.
Promptly resolve discrepancies and errors in documentation and labeling.
Regularly communicate via email, phone, and in-person with vendors, colleagues, and customers (both internal and external) to ensure timely acknowledgement and resolution.
Assist with development and continuous improvement of hazardous shipment documentation and administration processes.
Set an example in terms of attendance, punctuality, and work ethic for the entire Logistics department.
Maintain and promote a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry and use of computer systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP experience preferred.
Lean / Six Sigma program experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD – 74,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
