Your Role
As a
Client Experience Specialist
, you will:
Reports directly to Senior Client Experience Manager who handles various accounts
Responsible in tracking all action items of the Client Experience Team and check it’s completion on a day to day basis
Responsible in providing feedback to the Senior Client Experience Manager on the completion of each tasks of the CE AMs.
Responsible in creating reports for the day to day Operations including Attendance, Action Items, Minutes of the Meeting Agreements, Open Items of other departments
Responsible in handling administrative tasks of all Operations Leads supported
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Proficient in MS Office and Google
Excellent communication skills
Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferred skills/expertise
Administrative experience
