Provide quality assistance to faculty, students, and staff in the form of personal interactions, answering the main office phone, answering emails in a timely manner, and directing queries to the correct person/location

Minimum Experience Required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
