Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the VP of Operations as well as other members of the leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various projects to ensure the smooth operation of RbM Services.
Job Duties:
Greet and sign in visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Accept and manage deliveries from FedEx, and other delivery services.
Support special projects through, and data analysis and report preparation.
Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records efficiently.
Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
3 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a team environment.
