Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to answer multi-line phone system and assist with administrative functions for premier commercial kitchen sales, and food service design-build company located in the East Village, downtown San Diego. Light filing and office assist (scanning, e-mailing). Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus!

Answers the phone.

Assist purchasing department by sending orders, checking emails, reviewing orders against acknowledgements received, confirming orders received and file

Maintain and update the phone extension & speed dial lists and phone system

Review daily sales receipts

Stamp incoming mail with date and highlight invoices

Stuff envelopes with payables (usually on Fridays), seal and stamp envelopes.

Filing – file invoices and payables.

Make calls to factory/reps to follow-up on orders as needed

Send out company catalogues as needed

Assist with freight claims

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
