About The Role

This key role will provide varied, essential administration and office support to the Technology Support departments. Working within a strong, supportive team, you will be dealing with telephone/email enquiries, meeting/document preparation, updating files, records and databases, travel coordination and conference and meeting organising. You will manage issues that require sensitivity, discretion, and judgement in replying to enquiries, and in presenting or requesting information.

Reporting to the Technology Support Leads QLD, the role will include:

Acting as the first point of call, following up enquiries and determining priorities

Maintaining and update relevant files, databases and information system records.

Assisting with HR processes including recruitment, induction, learning performance, leave management, rostering and pay issues.

Assisting with the coordination of financial and budgetary processes from processing supply requisitions to assisting in preparing monthly budget forecasts.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience as an administrative assistant in a large organisation. You love to be organised and are a keen multi-tasker that has a natural problem solving skills, even when under pressure. You will also be able to demonstrate you have the following skills:

Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters and exercise initiative and sound judgement.

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with relevant stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.

Well-developed PC literacy skills and the ability to use databases. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
