Schedule: 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday), Friday work-from-home. Working hours are 7:00 or 7:30 AM to 3:00 or 3:30 PM.

Pay: 20-25 USD per hour

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant II will support the Electric Regional Operations (ERO) Operations & Engineering Supervisor by performing administrative and timekeeping-related responsibilities. This is part of the Pilot ERO program, a newly created role designed to shift administrative responsibilities from engineers to a dedicated administrative resource.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Electric Troubleshooter schedule (40%)
  • Assist in tracking and processing damage reports (30%)
  • Assist with ETS Pre-Arranged Customer Request job assignments (10%)
  • Assist with ETS AED inspection tracking (5%)
  • Support ETS Safety Meeting note-taking (5%)
  • Support ETS administrative follow-up requests (5%)
  • Perform other duties as assigned (5%)

Qualifications

  • Level II: 2-5 years of experience providing administrative support to a department or individual
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with vendors, subcontractors, linemen, and other stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple items
  • Previous experience using different timekeeping systems
  • This role includes both administrative and timekeeping responsibilities.
