Job Description
Input, update, and maintain data in REX software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, handling emails, and organizing files.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
Review and verify entered data for accuracy and consistency.
Act as a liaison for internal and external communication, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments
Must Haves
Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Encoder.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data management tools.
Strong accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle administrative challenges proactively.
Nice to Haves
Hands-on experience using REX software, Xero, Wix and Mailchimp.
