GoTeamis currently seeking an exceptionalAdmin Assistant.You will oversee office operations, provide key administrative support, and ensure seamless internal communication. Office ManagementWhat You Will Do:

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and functional work environment.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

Administrative Support

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.

Data Management

Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.

Manage confidential information with discretion.

Meeting Coordination

Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.

Record and distribute meeting minutes.

Communication

Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts.

Draft and proofread correspondence.

Technology Proficiency

Utilize office software and communication tools proficiently, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Address inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Problem Solving

Identify and resolve administrative issues promptly.

Propose and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or certification in office administration would be advantageous.

We are seeking someone with proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, who is detail-oriented and can effectively multitask. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks are highly desired.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must-have requirement for this position.
