Handle stock and Inventory control.
Monitor monthly stock balance.
Prepare quotation and follow up with clients.
Handle general office administrative duties.
Answering phone calls and attending to visitors
Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by HOD
Requirement
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented, attention to details, organized, meticulous and independent.
Proficient in MS Office
Bilingual and is required to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
