We’re looking to speak with candidates of whom have had a minimum of 12 months Admin experience within an office, who are now looking to work for a rapidly growing company that offer clear progression routes.

TeamYou will be joining the transfers department of whom take care of all in and out transfers, cash (selling assets and transferring the cash), or in specie (transferring funds and shares as they are without sales). Getting involved at each stage of the transfer, from the initial request to applying assets to client accounts.

Some important skills for you to have include:Good communicator, organised, accurate with a strong attention to detail, admin experience in a professional services setting (beneficial), competent IT user in particular MS Office, ability to work well within a team but equally on your own and have a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude.

Involved with:Day to day administration, processing of applications, post in/out, managing of mailbox, data entry, amend client details, set up of funds, monitor payment receipts, process withdrawal, payment processing, processing transfers,

Our client will be investing a lot of time into ensuring you’re set up to succeed with their training. The training duration will be roughly 3 months of which will be fully office based, to ensure you soak up the fountains of knowledge in the team. Once training is completed, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3 days office/2 days home).
