Job Description:
Our growing insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist in our data entry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phones calls and routing them to the appropriate departments
Greeting clients and visitors and ensuring a positive first impression
Performing accurate data entry tasks and maintaining database
Providing general administrative assistance to various departments
Qualifications:
Strong interest in the insurance industry and a desire to advance within the agency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
Previous experience in a receptionist or consumer facing environment
Previous experience in a data entry position is preferred, but not required
Interest in advancing in the Insurance industry
