Administrative Assistant – Financial Planning Firm
Sebring, Florida
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing financial planning firm. This role is key to helping us deliver outstanding service to our clients and maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications by phone, email, and in-person
Maintain and organize client files (both digital and physical)
Assist in preparing client paperwork, reports, and meeting materials
Coordinate and schedule appointments
Support office operations, including data entry and document processing
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology
Prior administrative or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
