Larwel Industries is looking for a reliable part time Office Assistant to add to our team.

Must have a minimum of one year experience.

In this position some of your duties include but are not limited to:

-Being an optimistic and bright spirited team member

-Answering phones and directing calls

-Greet people coming in and direct them accordingly

-Keeping all files and paperwork organized and up to date

-Data entry

-Preparing and processing invoices and statements

-Checking in deliveries

-Making copies/scans

-Manage and store documents in paper and digital form

-Collections of past due invoices

-Help maintain office supplies and equipment

-Assist with breakroom duties

-Assist other employees where needed

-Etc.

Minimum Required Skills:

-Fast learner and ability to problem solve

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions, protocols, and procedures

-Proficiency in common office software such as excel/word

-Ability to handle confidential information

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to multitask

-Self sufficient

-Eager to learn

This is a fast paced part time position offering 20-30 hours a week. Please come ready to learn and ready to work.

Hours and pay can range on experience and can be discussed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
