We are seeking an admin/bookkeeper for a permanent position within our Fire Engineering company in Chermside. In order to be successful in this job, you must be professional and have a friendly nature.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Front of house duties includes handling customer phone, email enquiries andpreparing appropriate replies.
Preparing fee proposals and tenders.
Preparing content for the company’s website and social media accounts.
Bookkeeping, Payment of wages, entering wage into MYOB, XERO, entry of invoices, preparation of BAS and IAS, etc.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Experience in MYOB
Proven experience in Social Media content creation
Advance knowledge of the MS Office suite
Highly developed time management skill
