This position utilizes a hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week Must be Onsite (Tues, Wed, Thurs.)

Job Description:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Proficiency with SharePoint is required. Experience with Content Management Systems is preferred; Experience managing travel and expenses is required, (in Concur is preferred); Experience working for a Global company is preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ Experience
Must be motivated to work hard and is comfortable in a professional, fast paced environment. Has a sense of urgency and able to multi task and prioritize. Comfortable working with and supporting a large group (2-4 directly)
Collaborative and able to work well in a group and with the other Admins onsite.
Assist Learning & Development Manager in the creation and upkeep of SharePoint sites and Content Management Systems.
Serve as Training Coordinator for the team, ensuring that they are being assigned to the correct mandatory trainings
Support other SharePoint sites owned by functional leaders.
Manage calendars by scheduling appointments and meetings for function leaders.
Manage organizational announcements and internal distribution lists
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including calendar invitations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
Organize/plan large meetings and events including agenda development.
Act as a primary point of contact with external/internal stakeholders, liaising to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage expense reports for functional leaders.
Arrange domestic and internal travel for functional leaders and assist in international travel for extended team.
Coordinate, support, and oversee special projects as needed.

Qualifications – High School Diploma/GED.

Skills

You have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
Your attention to detail and your organizational skills are outstanding! You have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills.
You are experienced and confident in your ability, proficient in use of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
You are skilled and experienced at managing SharePoint sites.
You value serving the business and our customers, so you are willing and able to work overtime as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft TEAMS and Concur is a plus.
Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus.
You are a quick learner with new software and applications.
You see problems as challenges and enjoy the opportunity to solve them and make improvements. You are flexible, able to multi-task/ prioritize responsibilities with competing priorities, work well under pressure and plan ahead to meet deadlines. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working independently and being part of a diverse team environment.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
