Job Description
To oversee the timely and accurate data input related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, transient and contract revenue to manage reporting, reconciliations, and the payment functions for a designated parking location.
Office Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Audit tickets, enter revenue data, and reconciles to bank verified on a daily basis
Maintain validation input daily and submit Google form by the 5th of each month
Enroll new monthly contract parkers, manage parker accounts, collect payments, forward information to Billing Administrator
Maintains contract parker aged trial balances and collection of past due accounts
Processes the mail and forward to the appropriate party
Ensures billing and card access systems match and completes device vs. billing audits
Maintain location allocation spreadsheets
Notify location manager of attendant ticket processing issues and provide back up
Prepare deposit correction forms, supporting documents, and provide documents to location management in a timely manner
Assist location management with breaks as needed Alert location management when office supplies reach minimum levels
Office Administrator Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with new location openings and/or location closings
Provide special location reports as requested by members of St. Louis Parking Company management team
Provide Office Manager Services in the absence of the Office Manager
Help maintain parking equipment Other special projects as assigned by location management
Assists with special requests and/or projects as needed
Office Administrator Minimum Job Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Two to three years’ experience in data processing Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Revenue collected
Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Office Administrator Qualifications Desired
Experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree or similar accounting package
Background in the parking or related property management industry
Office Administrator Physical Demands:
As part of performing the duties associated with this position, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.
