Position: Admin Clerical
Description:

We’re in search of an Admin Clerical to be a part of our office operations that meets our high-quality standards. Note: This is a minimum 6 months contract. Possibility of Temp to Hire for the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TOO…
Create, review and update policies and procedures using provided templates
Work directly with management for guidance on tasks
Audit and maintain up to date information
Document IT processes for internal knowledgebase
Complete all required paperwork, policies in a timely and professional manner.
San Diego applicants are preferred as this is a required 3-day onsite at a client site located in Poway area, the other 2 days are in our Escondido corp office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multitasking and resolving technical issues within a timely matter
Strong interpersonal skills
Team Player with a “Can Do” attitude, must be eager to learn and passionate about the information technology industry.
Qualifications:
General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
2+ of office experience preferred
Interested in IT or technology
