About The Job Admin ClerkAbout the CompanyOur client is a Specialist Contractor that specialized in pre-stressing works for bridges, high rise buildings and prestressed structures. They are looking for suitable, qualified and dynamic individuals to join them for the following positions.



Job Responsibilities

General administration duties etc.

Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials

Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies

Training, onboarding and supervising junior clerks

Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments

Experience in logistics is an added advantage.



Job Requirements



SPM/STPM or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years working experience.

Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Remuneration

MYR 2,000 – MYR 2,800
