What You'll Be Doing
• Managing property conveyancing and transaction processes from reservation to transfer
• Coordinating with buyers, sellers, developers, banks, and government authorities
• Preparing and reviewing sales documentation and contracts
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records and databases
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and UAE real estate regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
What We're Looking For
• UAE Nationals only
• Previous experience in administration, conveyancing, real estate operations, or customer service is preferred, but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
