We are a growing local roofing company committed to delivering quality service and fostering a positive team environment. As our business continues to expand year over year, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for daily accounting and filing, reception duties, weekly company payroll, thorough use of QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is a team player, highly trustworthy, and eager to contribute to our company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting tasks and maintain organized filing systems
Greet visitors and handle reception duties
Process weekly payroll using QuickBooks Online
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Trustworthy and dependable team player
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to learn Company’s business management program
Bilingual (English and Spanish) will add great value.
We are a drug-free workplace. ( Must be able to pass a drug test before hiring)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
