Job Summary:
We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to support administrative functions with a focus on Emiratization efforts. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and assisting with Emirati workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as needed.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of Emirati talent.
- Ensure compliance with Emiratization policies and procedures.
- Support the team with reporting and maintaining records related to Emiratization goals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of databases and filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Emiratization policies and goals is preferred.
