Emerald Coast Vision Aids is looking to add another bright and talented individual to our growing team. The ideal candidate should be proactive and resourceful. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office. Organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are a must. Only applicants who have at least 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks will be considered. Pay will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide world class customer service in response to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
Deliver administrative support for office staff and sales team
AR/AP
Oversee and manage shipping and receiving
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Research and procure computer hardware, software, maintenance, licensing and peripherals to meet or exceed customer requests
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
Collaborate with other partners and staff to resolve complex customer issues
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
Collaborate with team to gather requirements and provide insights for business analysis
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum of 1-3 years QuickBooks experience
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
Strong understanding of new technology products and services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (8:30am-4:30pm) with excellent attendance
Customer-oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
Reliable, punctual with a good work ethic
Must have a good attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires excellent attendance; requires the ability to sit, stand or walk for hours at a time; frequently required to hear, speak, walk, crawl, climb, stand, reach, bend, balance, kneel, stoop, lift and carry items up to 60 lbs; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
