Summary: Alliance Engineering Group, Inc. is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to hire as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch

Qualifications:

Good time management skills
Strong grammar skills
Well organized
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of 10-key experience
2+ years of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Responsibilities:

Typing reports from our field technicians
Screening and forwarding calls
Updating logs
Filing paperwork and keeping all documents organized
Scanning reports and sending them out
Provide any other administrative support as needed
