Role Description The Admin Delivery Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambodia, responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations and related administrative tasks. This role coordinates delivery schedules, assigns routes, and monitors transport activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers and distributors. The Admin Delivery Supervisor prepares and maintains delivery records, verifies documentation, and reconciles delivery notes with warehouse and sales data. The role works closely with the operations, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve delivery issues, manage customer inquiries, and support continuous improvement in delivery processes. This position also focuses on optimizing resource utilization, monitoring performance, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in operations management, particularly in logistics, delivery, or supply chain environments.
  • Customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle complaints, follow up on issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Effective communication skills for working with drivers, warehouse staff, sales teams, and customers.
  • Analytical skills to review delivery data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory or delivery management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or administrative supervision; experience in paint or building materials is a plus.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cambodia and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive work environment.
