Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Admin, the role is provisioned for driving and offering admin support to the management and administration of the business of SMEC and SPL.
KEY RESPONSIBLE AREAS
- Conform with PNG safety rules and regulations at all times
- Do daily basic checks of fuel, brakes, oil and tyres before driving out and maintain vehicle LOG
- Undertake official deliveries of mail, documents, receipts, payments, etc.
- Maintain and ensure that vehicle registrations, safety stickers and insurances are up to date. vehicles are repaired on time.
- And any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager, Admin.
