As part of our commitment to support the UAE Government’s Emiratization initiative, we are seeking to hire an Admin who will serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This opportunity is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.
Oversee and manage general office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for documentation and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or service providers.
Ensure all administrative procedures are followed in line with company policies.
Assist with onboarding and administrative support for new employees.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
UAE National (Emirati)
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
