Role Overview

Swiss Beauty is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to manage front office operations and administrative coordination on a 6-month contract through a third-party payroll vendor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry/exit register updates
  • Handle courier management (incoming & outgoing dispatches)
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordination
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks and data entry work
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and office areas
  • Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping staff (cleaning, pantry, etc.)
  • Ensure daily cleaning schedules are followed properly by support staff
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping and office maintenance needs
  • Track office supplies and support procurement-related coordination
  • Ensure smooth front office operations on a daily basis

Skills & Competencies

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or admin role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in managing support/housekeeping staff will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Environment: Office setting
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday

  • Duration: 6 Months
