Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin cum Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of office activities, maintain records, and provide essential support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of office expenses, employee attendance, and leave management.
Assist in maintaining HR-related documentation.
Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for seamless operations.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
IT and Infrastructure Support:
Liaise with the IT team for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication devices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
