Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members.
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the organization.
Scheduling: Manage tender calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
Event Planning: Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
Admin Support: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Special Projects: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by Director.
Basic IT administration tasks liaising with outsource (e.g. Performing access control, License renewal) Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software. Setting up new devices/ a user account for new employees. Create/modify/delete emails and windows login accounts.
Troubleshoot and maintain production office and management office PCs / Notebooks.
Keep recording and managing software. (i.e. Firewall maintenance, Antiviruses…etc)
Skills And Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive and flexible with a positive attitude
At least 2 to 3 years’ related fields
