Job Responsibility
Administrative & General Manager Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager.
Coordinate schedules, priorities, and follow-ups for management tasks.
Bookkeeping & Banking Support
Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
Manage payment tracking, petty cash, and document filing.
Handle banking matters and reconcile statements with dealers.
Facilities & Operations Support
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor support.
Ensure operational needs are met across departments.
Support logistics, scheduling, and internal office arrangements.
Admin & Vendor Management Support
Handle expense reimbursements, invoices, and account reconciliation with vendors/dealers.
Job Requirements
Achieve at least Diploma certificate
Having 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Attention to detail with experience in financial reconciliation and vendor coordination.
Ability to support and collaborate closely with senior management, especially the General Manager.
