Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and trustworthy Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO's Office. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports or presentations.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO’s office, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and office inventory.
  • Draft letters and communication in English and Marathi as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations of the CEO’s office.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and reliability.

Location: Mumbai (Full-time, In-Office Role)

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
