Purpose
This role will be responsible for the full administrative and planning support for the NEA Office team.
Accountabilities
Overall responsibility and accountability for administrative matters relating to the Regional CEO (NEA), Regional CFO (NEA) and the extended NEA team
Manage and process expense claims for the NEA management team, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
Administer and process all invoices for NEA
Coordinate travel arrangements for the NEA team
Assist with regional activities and provide administrative support across the broader HR spectrum
Support RCEO and RCFO with any other regional matters
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
Proficient in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Chinese stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering strong teamwork and cross-functional relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure and tight timelines well.
Possess a GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any discipline, preferably HR or a Business-related field
Prior HR experience would be an advantage
