We are currently seeking to fill an officer-level position responsible for managing critical operational function within our organization. As a key member of our team, the role will involve overseeing various essential areas to ensure seamless operations integrity.

Job Description:

Manage the life bot system, ensuring its smooth operation:

Assign tickets and tasks to appropriate personnel.

Conduct follow-ups on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Gather and analyze user feedback, compiling comprehensive reports to facilitate performance reviews of individuals and departments.

Invoice management:

Verifying approvals.

Provide support documents.

Prepare and submit weekly VPR.

Track payments.

Track and monitor expenses:

Recording administrative expenses.

Reviewing budget versus actual expenditures.

Identify discrepancies and abnormalities in financial records or processes and take appropriate actions to rectify them.

Manage petty cash & CRCD:

Issuance

Maintaining records

Ensuring timely settlement

Requirement:

Minimum Graduate with relevant experience.

Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Expertise in Dashboards, Presentations, Reporting.
